We took over the 18 units on 12th street when they were at 22% occupancy in November 2018. It took us 53 days to bring the building to full occupancy. We had 86 people interested, toured 48 of those, and signed 14. Our advertising budget totaled $768 - which included online ($108), professional photos ($160), and staging ($500). We received 100% of rent due electronically the first month after signing all new tenants.

The Luxardo was purchased with 18% occupancy in July 2017. The summer remodel was completed on schedule in 2.5 months and within 3% of the originally proposed budget. We signed our first new lease on October 1st, 2017 and were at full occupancy exactly seven months to the day in January 2018. Since then, we have had 0% vacancy, with renewals and new leases signed before departing tenants vacate.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
