How to Request Maintenance
- Maintenance requests will be addressed in a timely manner once received by email to: info@carlsonrentals.com
- Please make sure to clean air-filters on the Window AC/Heat units every four months.
Payment
- Rent payable by check or direct deposit.
- Rental Deposit held in escrow.
- We charge a one-time $39 background and credit application fee through apartments.com
- There is a $100 or 10% Late Fee (whichever is greater) on all past due rent.
Laundry
- Do not over-fill the laundry
- Always clean lint traps
- Do not leave your laundry unattended
- ALWAYS LOCK THE LAUNDRY ROOM
General Rules
- Close the front doors securely.
- Always lock the Laundry room
- Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper and human waste. DO NOT put sanitary napkins in toilet.
- Do not leave trash in any spaces, including balconies, laundry room, and stairwells
- Pick-up after your animals
- Be quiet and respectful of your neighbors
- No guests over three nights.
Carlson Rentals is an Equal Housing Renter
- Income must be three times the monthly rent
- Must have good credit
- No criminal background
- No prior evictions
