How to Request Maintenance

• Maintenance requests will be addressed in a timely manner once received by email to: info@carlsonrentals.com
•  Please make sure to clean air-filters on the Window AC/Heat units every four months. 

Payment

• Rent payable by check or direct deposit.
• Rental Deposit held in escrow.
• We charge a one-time $39 background and credit application fee through apartments.com
• There is a $100 or 10% Late Fee (whichever is greater) on all past due rent.

Laundry

• Do not over-fill the laundry
• Always clean lint traps
• Do not leave your laundry unattended
• ALWAYS LOCK THE LAUNDRY ROOM

General Rules

• Close the front doors securely.
• Always lock the Laundry room
• Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper and human waste.  DO NOT put sanitary napkins in toilet.
• Do not leave trash in any spaces, including balconies, laundry room, and stairwells
• Pick-up after your animals
• Be quiet and respectful of your neighbors 
• No guests over three nights.
